Total newbe here so please be gentle. Have an issue when erasing drive to form NTFS drive, always won't mount and I get an error. When formatting to any other type there is no concern?? Recently just installed your software so I'm guessing its user error but any assistance would be a great help.
3.24.2015: i find it strange that this issue stopped in late 2014, but does not seem to be solved. i bought paragon to NTFS in the week beginning 3.15.2015, however, i do not know how to open the executable file on my macbook pro mid-2012 OS = yosemite 10.10.2, nor can i find it in the downloads folder. i can't find it, i guess, because i do not know the extension's name. i cannot find the file for my software anywhere on my hard drive, which indicates that i did not execute it. so what does a body do?
