was not able to install on my Win 10 home pc. What info do you need? I must say many programs won't install when I have Quietzone active. I just went through that with Zemana
Not that I know of. Just stopped installing. FOund same thing when trying to install Zemana, but once I installed Zemana without Quitezone being active I was able to uninstall it and reinstall it with Quuietzone active. I don't like to install anything that won't install with Quietzone active. Their official forum is right here at Wilders under Returnil.
ok tried this program again. this time Cylance quarantined two file after unzipping. see screen shot. decided to run the guard file anyway and it started a scan then while scanning just rebooted my machine. boot up was very slow. this time I ran the program in shadow defender so all was back to normal on reboot again. when running the guard exe, I had all other security off. can you tell me what these two file are for?
Hello, It is not supposed to reboot the system after any scan, so I don't know what caused that. And those files are necessary for the right click folder scan. Best regards!
it did not reboot after the scan but during the scan. so you say those two files are only for right click scan? then for some reason they are doing something not ordinary or cylance would not flag them.
Probably heuristics detetion, because they are small and not digitally signed. And it wasn't Xvirus that rebooted the pc for sure.
