Hi all. Fresh install of windows and Cis and now on every startup firewall asks that cmdinstall.exe tries to connect to the internet. This is strange I think because it's already allowed Cis outgoing connections as a default applications rules and also its not related to updates. Anyone experiencing this?
I just remember in the past that, when installing CIS it installed some other non-essential crap, think it was GeekBuddy which I had to remove, have you checked what processes are running in your machine?
I have opted out geek buddy and other crap and turned off all cloud based analyzes services like this man describes on their forums here: https://forums.comodo.com/install-s...onnections-t113648.0.html;msg824149#msg824149 I'm thinking that cmdinstall.exe wants to get incoming connection which is unusual. As for outbound, for updates for example, it's already allowed as a default rule like it's shown on the picture: other processes are good
