Me neither. I guess it depends on what one does and where they go. An example of a fake alert scam was mentioned recently here on Wilders. Seems boredog was attempting to download a torrent in that instance.
TonyW yes and ESET only had a def for that on july 1st and it peaked on 7/25, that day it hit me. so it was pretty new detection. "I’ve seen a rash of malicious browser extensions, although most tend to be for non-Microsoft browsers." hummm why didn't he say which ones then?
