I use a Chrome based web browser (360 Extreme Explorer) and have some issues with Chrome's autofill behaviour. The problem is that it does not work like autofill in IE, where fieds below the one you've just entered get populated, but instead even already populated fileds get replaced. This caused an issues recently where I entered my email address on a from, and it changed some of the address information I had already entered, which lead to a parcel being sent to a wrong address.

I'm looking for an addon or a way to configure Chrome to handle autofills like IE does. I am just after something extremly basic. I guess RoboForm is an option, but it looks like it has more features than I need.

I believe it is a problem with Chorome in general and is not limited to 360. It is a problem with every site using forms.

    I'm taking a look now.

from my view - using opera (same experience with vivaldi): chrome autofill with forms is complete different than firefox.

in firefox i use "secure login" which fills user/pass if data is present and play sound.
in opera (vivaldi) i have to doubleclick the user field, then tab for the pass and enter.
but other multiple forms are not possible. i think IE is more comfortable but i did not used it for ages now.

not sure if you need a regular form filler for all forms or only user/pass.
lastpass was hacked, keePass upgraded to ssl on updates now, not sure if those can fill multiple field forms.

    some opinions from other sites:

No I don't need one for passwords. Just for name, address and email address.

I take it you already looked in the Chrome store for an extension?

I had a look, but didn't find anything I thought was worth trying.

There are a couple of autofill options in chrome:flags you may check.

Thanks. I just had a quick look, but I don't think there is anything which will be of help.
