I have a question - I made a image of my win 8.1 using Macrium Reflect, and then upgraded to win 10.
I had a few bugs, so I made another image with win 10, and then went back to win 8.1 via the first image.

My question is - does anyone know if the win 10 upgrade did anything to the "push button reset partition" or did it just leave it as it was?

or to put it another way:

(Initially the machine came with win 8 - I upgraded to win8.1 - then win 10 - and finally reloaded the win 8.1 image. So would that reset partition still contain the original win 8, or was it changed by the win 8.1, and subsequently win 10 upgrades?

The partition should contain the original image, but it´s possible that the procedure to restore it only works in 8. If you have 8, 8.1 and 10 images, you don´t need that partition.
