Pretty basic stuff for me. I typically keep a minimal amount of extensions regardless of browser.
    • Disable HTML5 Autoplay
    • Google Dictionary (by Google)
    • RSS Subscription Extension (by Google)
    • WebRTC Network Limiter*
*Although I use a build of Chromium which has WebRTC disabled during compile time, so I don't need this anymore.

I only use F.B. Purity, which lets you customise Facebook, and TinEye Reverse Image Search. I have some other extensions which were installed alongside some of the software I use, but I don't use them.

I prefer to use a browser that has every feature I need included as standard (in my case Qihoo's 360 Extreme Explorer), rather than having to use extensions to make it work the way I want.

For those of you using Canvas "blockers" extensions, you can simply add the line: "--disable-reading-from-canvas" without the ""; to Chrome shortcut.

Yes but this works only if Chrome is launched using that shortcut. If Chrome is run any other way (clicking on link...) that switch won't do much good. In this case Chrome has to be already open using that shortcut before new tabs are open from other programs.

EDIT: Still useful option if Chrome is run using shortcut :thumb:

Exactly, for that to work Chrome has to be launched by the shortcut. No matter if you open new Windows/tabs after, it will block the canvas ID.

One more find: using "--disable-reading-from-canvas" switch prevents uBlock Origin from showing number of blocked requests on the icon.

    Extensions:
    • HTTPS Everywhere
    • µBlock Origin - All privacy options checked and block remote fonts
    • µBlock Origin WebSocket
    • µMatrix - All privacy options checked

    Modified Chrome Flags:
    • "Hyperlink auditing" - Disabled
    • "Extension Content Verification" - Enforce strict
    • "Reduce default 'referer' header granularity" - Enabled
    • "Enable PPAPI Win32k Lockdown" - All plugins
    • "Enable AppContainer Lockdown" - Enabled
    Note:
I use µBlock Origin in advanced mode set to block all 3rd party globally. By nooping a 3rd party on a particular domain, µMatrix then comes into play. µMatrix will then allow "css" and "image" for that nooped 3rd party domain and I can then fine tune what else to allow in µMatrix, if needed...

No need to repeat some of the extensions here, i'd just add h264ify, helps alot reducing the cpu usage on YT and elsewhere. off-topic but we need to know which approach is better on treating Canvas fingerprinting, Canvas defender's one or CanvasFingerprintBlock ?

    Ublock origin.
I delete the cache manually within chrome itself.

For Chrome, lean and mean, it is just uBlock Origin, uBlock Origin Websocket, and uMatrix. Gorhill all the way. Between the 3 of them, I get pretty much everything I want and the browser isn't slowed down much.

In most of the other Chromium based browsers I use, there is a a bit more. Either Scriptblock or Scriptblocker for Chrome. Scriptblocker is very good at creating custom white and black lists but doesn't do temporary permissions. It does do iframe, cookie, plugin and image blocking in addition to Javascript. Scriptblocker is lighter and simpler and only does JS whitlisting but it does do temporary permissions. I also have IP and Domain information installed sometimes.
