    I'm not sure what that person is referring to, but telemetry as well as telemetry-related components (Health Report, Experiments, SelfSupport, ...), behaviors, preferences, and even defaults have changed over the years. There is some documentation here:

    I'm not certain what that is built from, but I suspect it may be from what is in Mozilla Central. You can also look at the doc files for specific branches:

    plus the source code of interest.
