I have been running this security program for almost a week and it seems to be doing a great job. I am just curious to know if anyone else is using it?

Good Afternoon! bigc73542...it's been on sale as of late. And a few weeks ago Trjam was using it and seemed to be also impressed. I was curious but for the moment I'll stay curious. Sincerely...Securon

Very good product. I have a 2 year license bought off of Newegg They have some good deals. Its very strong in protection. Uses a bit of ram but it does not seem to hit the performance at all. Think I may go home and reinstall it

It does seem to run fairly light on my win 10 machine.

I'm using Trustport Internet Security on a tablet running Windows 10, and protection so far has been excellent. But the GUI on some levels seems to be messed up in Windows 10. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet.

I opened the link, saw Rubenking's name and closed it again right away. On topic I have tried Trustport at the beginning of this year, good protection and seemed to run really light with no noticeable impact on performance.

Can you say more about why you automatically discount his reviews? There are a great many reviews of security protects that use dubious and poorly documented testing methods. Rubenking makes a point of clearly explaining his testing and scoring methodology, so even if I sometimes don't completely agree with his conclusions I still come away with useful information.

FWIW I feel it's a mistake to be attached to any security product. They are constantly in flux and today's top performer may be tomorrow's runner up.

I don't want to derail the topic from Trustport to why I don't read Rubenking reviews, just say what experience differs hugely with his reviews in general. Btw I don't know if it was addressed to me, but I am not attached to any security product, I am not using Trustport right now, I used a trial it at the beginning of the year for a month, liked the product, didn't like the prices and wanted share what I experienced.

I have been preaching for a year how good TP is. In my view none better. I use just the AV which also has great exploit protection. Cost? Look around there are deals.

I just downloaded TP's user manual; all 11 MB+ of it. Must say it's documentation is top tier. Anti-exec aficionados should definitely check out its Application Inspector feature. From my quick read, it offers all the features the main stream anti-execs offer. Things like limited rights execution plus process and registry protection. And it does include anti-exploit protection - would like to see some test results on that.

BTW - they are running a special on Internet Security; three licenses for $19.95.

It does have a lot of settings. And it does run light on the system.

Well TrustPort is gone from my computer. I turned the comp on yesterday and after the login screen it went to a black screen and wouldn't boot at all. After about two hours trying everything I could think of I finally got into safe mode and used Iobit Uninstaller and removed TrustPort and the computer booted right up. TP had several system process's blocked through the firewall. It won't be going back on my computer ever regardless that it does have high protection ratings. I truly believe if I had not been running Windows 10 I wouldn't have been able to recover from the problem.

Windows 10 has more options to repair a system than win 7 or win 8. possibly some of the options are part of the ASUS system but it is win 10.

Another example which brings out the importance of always having a system backup.
