Error during repartition

    I'm trying to shrink an NTFS partition using Partition Manager 15 Premium. I set the parameters for the new size and new start and let the partition manager software reboot the server. It seems to run the partition manager software instead of rebooting the Windows OS but stops with this error " Some error occurred: Can't lock target partition".
    How do I proceed from here?

    Build a boot UFD [USB stick] and try with it.
