I'm using HDM 15 with windows 10 - build 813 Using the rescue kit dvd I cannot restore a backup that I just made. I says it does not correspond to the target disk. I do need a reliable rescue disk and this is not working. Please help. Thanks. I've tried posting a new support ticket, but after I get through filling in all the fields and press the send request button, nothing happens. ?? Also the Restore feature in the software is not working either. Just hangs and then says not responding and the software crashes.
Use the Recovery Media Builder (RMB) module to create a boot USB key. If you prefer a DVD, create an ISO file and burn it with Windows or a burner. If the Restore to VD wizard doesn´t work, unistall HDM and reinstall it.
I've uninstalled the software and re-installed it. Made a new rescue dvd. Didn't work. Got an error message about the target drive not valid. (see image) I tried to make a usb stick but it gets hung up while creating it. (see mage).
