Hi. Today I find that I cannot open this forum in both IE and Firefox.
I can only open it in Chrome, but many elements of the webpages are missing.
This problem could be solved immediately after the "Browser Instruction Prevention" module of Norton Internet Security is disabled.
However, I cannot find any log event related to this issue in the history of Norton Internet Security...

I'm not having that issue with NSwB 22.5.2.

What version of NIS are you using?

What Operating System?

Hi, I am using NIS 22.5.2.15, just like you.
In particular, the verion of the engine of Instruction Prevention System (IPS) is 7.4.0.83, while the version of the definition used by IPS is 20150826.001.
My operation system is Win 7 Pro x64.

I think I did not have this problem yesterday, but I am not sure...

It sounds pretty odd because I'm not having that issue.

That is the latest IPS version.

Firstly, have you tried restarting your machine?

Do you get a message or warning?

Can you post a screenshot?

Thank you for your reply.

This problem happens again after rebooting.

There is no messages, warnings, alerts, or log events at all...

Here are some screenshots, but I am afraid that these screen shots contain little information...

The first one is for Chrome. As you can see, some elements at the top of the webpage are missing.

The second one is for Firefox. The Chinese words here mean that "The connection has been reset."

These problems would disappear when IPS is disabled.

I suspect that perhaps an extension you have installed, or another program is conflicting.
