I have a Inspiron 15 7537. I like to partition and install different OS's just for fun. Right now I'm dual booting W7 and Mint. Anyways, when I try to install XP 32b or 64b, it loads all the drivers and at the part when it starts Windows, so you can choose which partition to install on, is BSOD's. Does anyone know any reason why it does this? I've tried this in Legacy boot and UEFI boot in bios, I'm not sure if this would make a difference or not.

    Infected,

What is the number on the BSOD? Is it 0x0000007B?

What size and what partition scheme MBR / GPT ?
Windows XP does not understand GPT drives.
If MBR you may be over the max 4 Primary partitions.
Can't remember, F6? drive access may require a driver during the install...
That is my thoughts for now.

    Edit Finally seen image...

Thanks. It's not 7B. Sorry, I don't know how to fix it.

I am not exactly sure about this error but you can do the following to see if it resolves the issue.

First, XP 32 bit will not load or install on a GPT disk.

Second, try to reset your BIOS or UEFI to default settings, to clear the current CMOS memory. This step helped me recently when I could not boot into or install 32-bit Windows 7, after a RAM upgrade to 4 GB.

Other than that if you really like to install multiple OS on your HDD, then I can tell you a simple procedure that you can do to install all your Windows OSes on just one Partition. I am not sure about Linux Mint but all Windows OS will work with this procedure. You will no longer have to make multiple partitions just for installing an OS.

I currently have Windows 7 32-bit as my main OS, but I have Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10 32-bit and Windows 10 64 bit all installed on my third partition inside VHDs. Beware that only the pro or ultimate versions of Windows can boot from a VHD. Follow the steps in this article if you are interested.

I deleted my partitions and tried again earlier, but still nothing.
