    LOL, this is a feature that those M$ ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ totally forgot in Windows 8.

    None of this helps for those that want to change the title bar colour. Currently, it's not possible to change this in Settings, but some sites have offered workarounds with registry tweaks and downloadable themes.

    I understand newer Insider builds are addressing this issue so it should become possible to make these kind of changes in an update for everyone soon.

    What the hell, then I must have misread the article, I thought this was already possible. Like I said, this feature has been around since Win 95, but for some reason it was removed in Win 8, almost like they forgot about it. Shame on M$.
