remove perfectdisk 13 BEFORE upgrading to win10

    i can not run it nor can i now remove it just a warning.

    Perhaps you can install Perfectdisk 14 on top of the 13, it should remove old files and get perfectdisk working again. Of course you will end up with a 30 day trial, but at least you can then uninstall it.

    tried that problem is i have the business edition and its not updated yet to 14

    kind of worked. but really just removed the icon and the programs list entry. the folders and install files are still there

    You can try force uninstalling with an uninstaller that has the option i fit still shows on your installed list.
