Anyone using Quarri MyPOQ? is there a list of known compatibility issues somewhere - is it working with EMET now? I do not have the know-how to test it thoroughly myself so hopefully someone else has. I'm currently trying it out in IE10.

Given the solid MRG test results & the free price tag, i'm surprised there is not more information and discussion regarding this product. is it just too problematic to use?

Its like Trusteer Rapport - it creates a secure browser environment for banking transactions.

As far as I am aware of, the only Quarri product tested by MRG is POQ. POQ is the paid commercial version. POQ as different from MyPOQ as apples to oranges are ....................

"Quarri MyPOQ" last weeks noticed as a free gift. Its a secure connection to their servers with a remote Browser in a Box. if some has enough money... from my view waste of time.

    Cheers.

I tried it, but it was a while back. Their FAQ just says MyPOQ generally doesn't conflict with other security products. I seem to remember that I couldn't use plugins, such as LastPass, which makes sense since the browser instance is generated on the fly each time. Is that your experience?

i was wondering about that - paid version is being called 'Armored Browser' & i didn't see a reference to POQ so wasn't sure which one it was in MRG. a search for 'quarri poq' actually takes you to the MyPOQ login page - so it's certainly not very clear

well to my untrained eye it looks like a nice option for the freebies- particularly if you need to borrow a friends PC or use a public terminal to access personal info - or Trusteer bogs down your browsing (or you don't like the TR 'privacy' policy) and don't have an AV with identity protection... although most of the suites that pass MRG do so with a secure browser anyway. And there's also Zemana AL free which a good option as well, but i think MyPOQ protects the browser session more.

would be nice to see some test results though

Also remember that MyPOQ like other armored browsers will not allow any screen capture or printing activities.

Doubt there will ever be any lab tests of the product since its not widely used. Also as a freebie, Quarri has no interest in paying to have it tested. Finally, doubt this software will be WIN 10 compatible in the near future if ever.

Personally, I think BitDefender's Safe Pay is a better alternative if the software will run on your PC without problems.
