    I'm having:

300 MB fehlerfrei EFI Systempartition EFI System partition
900 MB fehlerfrei Wiederherstellungsparttition recovery partition
94,61 GB Systempartition C: die wird zu voll System Partition C: nearly full used
450 MB fehlerfrei Wiederherstellungspartition recovery partition
350 MB fehlerfrei Wiederherstellungspartition recovery partition
90,77 GB fehlerfrei primärer Partition D: Primary partition
27,00 GB fehlerfrei primäre Partition E: Primary Partition like to merge with C:
4,00 GB OEM Partition OEM partition
20,01 GB fehlerfrei Wiederherstellungsparttition recovery partition
    ASUS Taichi 31 Netbook

questions whether it is possiblke to achieve by Paragon softeware which I have so far not used,
think to try this via Windows 8.1 is hopeless :
possible to deletete both recovery partitions behind c:
possible to merge c: and e: while c: is gpt partition
or only way to Repartition everything backup c: and d: and nbewly install 8.1

To better visualize the state of the disk, please post an image of the disk map as seen in the Windows disk manager.

You should create a backup image of the disk before you do any changes to the partitions.
