Checked my browser Fx 35.0.1, said Version bad, TLS 1. Odd the default in Fx is supposed to be 1.2. In checking preferences for my setting I discovered that the TLS options are gone. (When the heck did that happen?). Anyway found this page on about:config; sure enough my setting was for 1.0, now I am wondering how long I have been surfing with this setting? More importantly how did it get set from the default to something elseo_O Fairly certain I did not do it. I also remember when the setting were available that 1.2 was selected.

I've fixed it, now set to TLS 1.2 and version now reads as good.

chrisretusn, unless I'm mistaken, the TLS options were gone when Firefox Version 27 became available: Release Notes.

Make sure you have your default Security.tls.version set correctly.

For those XPx86SP3 holdouts who still use IE 8, try not to convulse after running this...

Just as an FYI. The default TBB settings are using 1.2. I wanted to make sure all TOR users were made aware of that!
