Does anybody know which exe file triggers the reliability monitor in win 8.1? I want to create a shortcut to get this monitor only one click away.

The shortcut saves clicking on Start Menu, Control Panels, Actions Centre, Maintenance and then finally Reliability Monitor. Did you count how many clicks you have to do to get there? The shortcut brings the monitor only one click away. ;-)
