Hey Forum Members. Happy New Year and hope all is well. I thought it was a really good tool so I went ahead and bought their auto update feature to support the software on New Years Day. However, my PC crashed on the same day. Bad HD. Not sure if I can recover. Therefore, I need another license key or my current one reset for the new PC. Hi, Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Could you please PM me the e-mail address you used to try to contact support? I will look into why you seemingly haven't received a response yet. (Keep in mind: this can happen for multiple reasons, including (a) your requests were errantly flagged as possible spam (b) we tried to reply but your e-mail provider errantly flagged our requests as possible spam, etc. With the e-mail address you used, or the name you used on the support requests/emails, I should be able to track down what happened.
