    If you install Wise Care 365, check the settings before you restart your computer. It installs a boot-time service and by default it's set to optimize at boot-up. I'm not sure what it does exactly, but based on my experience with the free Wise Cleaner, it can get pretty aggressive.

    Thank you, but the boot time service was unchecked. Anyway, I used Wise Care since last year and I never had issues with it.

    USA still the best. But barely.
    I stopped using WiseCare cause of newly added features 3-6 months ago.
