HI Regarding to product comparison table, all Hard Disk Manager 15 Editions seem to lack the named feature compared to Backup & Recovery Home. If that's not by error, what actually HDM is missing? In fact I'm able to make incremental volume backups (not file level) to pVHD by HDM. Referring the feature description from web site:
I think "Sector Increment to VD" is the same as "Incremental backup to VD", which is available in HDM 15. Paragon´s product comparisons are confusing, the results vary according to the document or web page you use. I usually use this: http://www.paragon-software.com/features.html

HDM supports "Incremental backup to VD" and "File complement to VD". The first must be a "sector increment", since it applies to a previously created sector full backup.
