orange exclamation mark what is it WUDF\ParagonBlockDev ?

under device and printers , there is an orange exclamation mark on my w7 sp1 64bit with all the updates

i clicked on it ->setup ->general->hardware

and i have 2 unknow devices

1) id hardware
Root\UIM_BUS

i did search in the registry nothing

2) id hardware
WUDF\ParagonBlockDev

about WUDF\ParagonBlockDev i did give a search in the forum but i have never installed paragon software

only once i boot a cd with Hard disk manager 14 pro , but i have never installed it , a friend give me for 1 day the live cd

why do i have these 2 exclamation mark ?

can someone help me to understand why i have these 2 unknow device and the orange !

i'm sure i have not installed it , because i use always the boot cds
because i had the boot cd , i don't think the winpe hard disk manager 14 suite could not write on my system

do you think i could unisntall them?

for now i got them disabled
but i can see they appear when i plugged a wd my book , because i blocked to install wd ses drivers
