    Hello everyone,

For some time now, our clients have been expressing the desire to have Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Emsisoft Online Armor combined into one single interface. Our CEO Christian Mairoll and the entire Emsisoft team are now thrilled to announce that “The time has come!”

Over the years, Emsisoft Anti-Malware has made its mark with its lean and efficient protection features, boasting a highly awarded behavior blocker which provides protection against brand new dangers on the web.

Emsisoft Online Armor had its foundation in a powerful firewall, but, for many users, it presented a challenge because it utilized a HIPS component that required a lot of technical know-how.

Emsisoft Internet Security combines the best of both worlds and completes Emsisoft Anti-Malware with an efficient firewall core – without cutting back on usability. The result is a product that suits anyone who dreams of ultimate protection, even in third-party networks.

7 reasons for Emsisoft Internet Security

    Triple protection against malware
Surf Protection: Blocks dangerous and fraudulent websites; File Guard: Checks all downloads with a dual engine scanner; Behavior Blocker: intercepts brand new threats, even without updates.

    Intelligent firewall
closes off and hides your system when using public networks. Your PC will be practically invisible. Includes IPv6 support.

    Easy setup
of global and application-based firewall rules and clear presentation, while still remaining extremely flexible.

    Light weight
industry performance, as it focuses on just one thing: Protecting your PC, without compromise. No more, no less. Emsisoft Internet Security is not an overloaded bulky software like most products on the market today, but slim and efficient.

    Minimal firewall alerts
so that you aren't tempted to just click “Allow”, which basically defeats the purpose of having a firewall in the first place.

Automatic evaluation of the credibility of programs
with the Emsisoft Anti-Malware Network. It detects more than 100 million programs, good or bad, based on user evaluations and numerous technical parameters.

Advantages in comparison to Windows firewall
Easier and quicker to use, with the ability to evaluate the credibility of programs in a global context.

    Try now without any obligations

Test our new high-end protection software for free, for a period of 30 days, and see for yourself why Emsisoft Internet Security was worth the wait . Please note that Emsisoft Internet Security cannot be installed at the same time as Emsisoft Anti-Malware or Emsisoft Online Armor.

Do you already have licenses for an Emsisoft Internet Security Pack?
Then exchange your Emsisoft Anti-Malware & Emsisoft Online Armor bundle licenses for a new Emsisoft Internet Security license – free of charge!

Affordable upgrade for Emsisoft Anti-Malware customers
Customers may upgrade to Emsisoft Internet Security at any time, when renewing an existing license.

    Download/updates

Existing users of one of the beta releases of Emsisoft Internet Security can automatically update to the stable version via the update function. If you want to continue to stick to stable versions, make sure to disable the usage of beta updates under Settings/Updates. Alternatively, first time users can use our 30-day trial download to receive a new installation at any time.

One small thing I forgot to mention: For the rest of September you can get Emsisoft Internet Security for the price of Emsisoft Anti-Malware, which essentially amounts to a 20% discount. Unlike our usual promotions, this promotion is available for existing Emsisoft Anti-Malware users who want to upgrade to Emsisoft Internet Security as well. All you have to do is to renew your existing Emsisoft Anti-Malware license for a year. During the renewal process you can choose to upgrade to Emsisoft Internet Security without any extra costs. So if you still have 6 months left on your current Emsisoft Anti-Malware license and want to switch, you can renew it and you will end up with a 18 month Emsisoft Internet Security license.

    Congratulations Fabian :thumb:

One question. I have a license for the old Emsisoft Internet Security pack, ie: two separate licences. At the moment I am using the EAM license with EAM 9. If I combine these into a new EIS license can I still run EAM alone on that EIS license at any time in the future if I so wish?

No, it is not possible to use an EIS key in EAM or vice versa. However, we can convert your license back to an EAM license. Just send a mail to support@emsisoft.com and we will take care of it :).

Hopefully online armor FW and emsisoft antimalware separate products will continue.
Never been keen on all in one products although i have run them in the past.

There are no plans to cancel Online Armor or Emsisoft Anti-Malware at this point

We are using our own cloud.

    No, they are not.

    Hi :)

    What does this mean? :

    "Intelligent firewall

closes off and hides your system when using public networks. Your PC will be practically invisible. Includes IPv6 support."

It does not mean that my PC is stealthed when I use it from my home? Right? Cuz it isn't :)

I have installed EIS earlier today, but it has blocked the network connection and access to the internet.

I have had to switch back into another snapshot that has EAM installed, and allows me to make this post.

    Some more screen shots, please?

The "Create custom rule" dialogue in "FIREWALL ALERT!" Would that be the same for the "Add new rule" and "Edit rule" in the "Activate Firewall" screen?

Shots for "Set network trust level" and "Advance configuration."

For what's under the "Firewall Incoming" and "Firewall Outgoing" tabs in "Application rule."

And anything else that might be of interest to users who aren't challenged by a HIPS component, where a lot of technical know-how can be practiced. :)

Was OA7's "Domains" done away with?

    Thank you!!

(Maybe you have a user manual for download or an online resource like help.emsisoft.com/oa/ ?)

Using the demo version, ATM, had been using BD(free 9 mo license) after a paid for sub to Norton, with nearly a year to go, which a recent patch of which coincided with a severe crash of my PC that took a full day to fix (wouldn't touch NIS again with a ten foot pole). Had been using NIS cuz only IS Suite in it's league that did not interfere with other programs on my PC.

EMIS Runs smooth, simple to use - hard to tell it's even there. Using it as is right out of the box with no adjustments. Plenty of adjustments and rules can be made if you are so inclined. No conflicts or interference with any other program on my PC

Emisoft + BitDefender Engine + Benfits of an easy to use/no interruption-no nag Online Armor toughened firewall + several scan options + some other useful protective features = hard to beat IMHO.

Best IS Suite Firewall (Though KIS comes very close) + among the top anti-malware engines = super combo.

If only it hadn't blocked www.whitehouse.gov as being a malicious site

-- nah, just kidding, anti-malware programs don't make political judgements.

    Extremely impressive :)

Not only Emsisoft, very good deals are available for other security products like Eset,Kaspersky,Webroot, etc on Flipkart just like other countries have it on Newegg,Amazon, etc

A few months ago,we could buy EAM 3 PCs -1 year subscription for around INR 800,now 1 PC-1 year costs around INR 1300 :p
