I'm a long-time licensed user/fan of SD, on my desktop computer.

A pal just gave me an old laptop running XP. I mainly use it to surf the net. At $35, SD costs a bit more than I want to pay for use on this secondary box.

QUESTION: Is there any software that does about the same job as SD, but which costs less $$?

    From the EULA:

"· Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Shadow Defender software for your own or your company products submissions on one computer at a time."
