What Ad-Blocker do you use?

I use uBlock and I'm happy with it. It's really light and does it's job fine.

Used AB for a long time, then recently migrated to AB+, now considering the move to µBlock.
The only knock against AB+ is some reports of high memory usage? I haven't noticed.
µBlock looks excellent.

Adblock Plus does use up a lot of memory, depending on what filters you use and how many at once.

I usually run Adguard Premium (Which is temporarily disabled), because I am currently giving uBlock a go.

I must say, that uBlock is pretty darn good, I think a lot better than AdBlock Plus.

It is definitely a very good Ad Blocker.

However, I would like to see multi-browser support with uBlock, that is of course one advantage that Adblock Plus has over it.

 

Adguard Premium (lifetime) on all my computers.

 

ABP on desktop, Opera with url filter on mobile.

 

I use Adblock Edge, NoTrace, and NoScript to negate web advertisements. I use Comodo Firewall and another third-party application to manage advertisements generated by desktop applications. I could probably narrow this down to a single add-on but I'm the overlap is nice when sites detect and insist you disable noscript and some other add-ons.

 

Perfectly satisfied with Adguard Premium but have been temporarily using Ublock till version 5.10 of Adguard is released. So far Adguard Premium is performing very well, but ublock IMO is better when compared to the Browser only (free) version of Adguard.

Adguard Free, I have used Adblock before, but it just was not able to handle all the popups.

 

I´m using Adblock Plus and Ghostery on all of my browsers (Opera and Firefox).

Since my browsing habit rarely requires javascript to be enabled I think I can rely on NoScript alone. Don't need ABP.

 

Alright, GZ, lets move this thread a little. I use Adblock plus in Firefox. My other browser is Internet explorer, I keep my IE as naked as possible so I don't install anything in IE.

The filters that I use are EasyList, EasyPrivacy and Youtube other annoyances. The latter works great to get rid of the annotations that Youtube places in videos. Its a great filter and I highly recommend it. There are other things that can be blocked by Adblock plus in Youtube, anyone interested can get this filters designed to clean Youtube from this link.

Just heard about this YouTube Annoyance filter, thanks. Although I still need to see annotations on some videos.

 

It really does, J R. To me, that filter alone makes it worth while to install Adblock plus. And to use Firefox for viewing videos in Youtube. I don't believe any Ad blocker for Chrome would be allowed to do that by Google.

Glad you like it Page. I am very annoyed by annotations. They really bother me a lot. A couple years back, users were able to create your own filter to block them but after a while I couldn't create one that worked. I guess Google made it real difficult to do so. For me, viewing videos in YouTube became a pain. When I found this little jewel (the Other annoyances filter) which I had been looking for, it made me very happy.

Ghostery with some (Advertising and Beacons) blocking options enabled

it doesn't block as much as AdBlock Plus
but it's so much lighter

 

I use uBlock simply because it is way lighter than the rest.

 

For me, I think Adguard and uBlock are the top Ad-blockers.
