Google Chrome has been confirmed in the non Slim Build installer.

You would probably want to opt-out of that in order to save days of removing Google Services from your device or PC.

Confirmed as in like years ago, or are they now displaying it regardless of whether you've opted out before?

Calling that an exaggeration would be an understatement.

I didn't see that in the full 4.15 install. Since the first install (I declined Chrome etc) I've never been offered extra software.

Google Chrome is being clearly offered, regardless of previous opt-outs.

I wonder why some see it and others don't? I have CCleaner on several computers and I never see the above screenshot when I update.

I line up among those folks who have never seen additional applications to be offered during installation.

The same mantra from everyone replying to that gets boring as well.

    Ontopic:
Looks like they stopped with the Slim builds.
Slim builds are unavailable for all their products are unavailable, even though their last release is 2 months old and Recuva even more than 3 months.

The CC slim build is usually released approx one week after the standard installer, and under that week the slim build for the previous version is no longer available on the site.

So I guess we'll see next week if it will show up on the site as usual or not.

Are the Slim builds the same as the standard, just without the Chrome offer? And if you don't accept the Chrome offer in Standard, does it install anything extra you don't know about?

First of all, if you're waiting for something, there's no need to declare it all the time except as something like a mantra. As for the differing replies to it being a mantra, go get a dictionary.

I will simply enjoy my portable version, instead of waiting to not uncheck a box like once tyvm.

Yes, they are according to all of the reports I've seen. Further, according to the Piriform FAQ for CCleaner, Chrome is not offered in the standard build if you already have Chrome installed.

Another thing, again according to Piriform, is that if you already have a version of CCleaner installed, you can simply download the portable version, unzip it into the folder where the older version of CCleaner is installed, and then delete the portable.dat file.

I've also never seen it, although Eset on VirusTotal detects something called "Win32/Bundled.Toolbar.Google.D".

Yes it's a PUA detection, EAV/ESS will warn users of the bundled software if they have enabled detection of PUA's (potentially unwanted/unsafe applications)

Anyone here using the Pro version? Thoughts?

Yes, I have seen that a few days ago when downloading the trial Pro version. NOD32 is installed and PUA option selected:
    C:\...\CCleaner Pro\ccsetup415pro.exe Win32/Bundled.Toolbar.Google.D potentially unsafe application

    SweX is right ;)
