    Hi.

I have been getting empty folders created in my roaming profile on all of my computers except my laptop since late last year.

I am thinking that Macrium Reflect might be creating them because that is about the time I started using it on all of my computers except my laptop. I run Macrium Reflect on a schedule. A monthly full backup and a weekly differential backup.

I have attached an image from one of my computers with the folders. Do you know what could be causing them? Do you use Macrium Reflect? Do you have them?

I am running Windows 8.1 Update 1 (64-bit). Thanks for any assistance you are able to offer.

I use Macrium Reflect on Windows 8.1.1 x64 and I don't have those folders in my Roaming folder.

Hmmm! Do you schedule backups and purge?

    Hadron,

I haven't had Macrium installed on this computer and I have 5 empty folders in Roaming. Similar to your numbered folders.

    Brian.
Do you have DVDFab installed on your computer?

    Ah ha.
    Thank you, Brian.

My two suspects were Reflect or DVDFab, but at the time, I was leaning towards Reflect, that is why I didn't mention it in my first post. But, now I know. :thumb:
