Need an Opera Browser Replacement

Well my old Opera browser is crashing not working well on more and more sites.
Even have trouble with this site since the update.
I have been using Opera for years because of my low vision difficulties.
Opera has now killed their browser after 12.02 with the following options.

I need a Browser that allows me to do the following:

Use the shortcut key "V" or left click and select speak, or similar procedure.

Select Page > Style > Accessibility Layout, High Contrast large print, Green Background black letters.

Instant view and resize from bottom right corner...Not hidden in a menu wit only 25% steps...

 

You could have a look at the Otter Browser which is attempting to mimic Opera 12. It is still in beta and is stable for me. Features are being added weekly and are open to suggestions
