    At this point, it's prudent to assume that all communications channels are compromised by all of the major players, and as well by all local players (with or without cooperation). But we strongly suspected that, I think.

    Your probably right, but how many of the major players will come out and admit that?

    They won't. But it's always been the safest bet.
