I like to read in bed, and I have a tv/monitor next to me. What is the simplest, cheapest source that i can connect to it to read ebooks? I dont do smart phones, nor do I want to use my desktop comp, or a laptop. Any alternatives?

    Thanks

Raspberry Pi? It may depend on what kind of ebooks they are (i.e., are they locked down with DRM?).

Do you mean that you don't want to lay in bed reading on your laptop, or that you don't want to connect the laptop to the TV/Monitor? I wonder since wouldn't it be possible to do the latter? Though I don't know much about ebooks so maybe it won't work like that :doubt:
