can't log onto AOL with look n stop

when logging onto AOL with look n stop running,the AOL logon screen gets to the password and locks up until I quit running the firewall..once online,I can restart look n stop..any suggestions?

I apologize for the large delay in response. Mainly under two major circumstances your anomaly could be reproduced. First of all make sure any AOL & Internet Components aren’t being DENIED by Look ‘n’ Stop’s Application Filtering Layer and second even blocking Outgoings/Incoming responses to certain Software could reproduce this anomaly, depending sometimes time-out capabilities like after 2 or so minutes everything returns to normal state (PC UNLOCK).
