This indeed is extremely unethical. I my opinion ( :P ) this is an outright anti Microsoft attack: they claim that all Windows machines are victim to such actions. I read that as only Windows machines.

Besides (now I'm being serious) this is unethical because this is harassment in the most extreme form: they enter your posessions.

btw: I don't care for my own systems... I was moving away from Windows all along ;D
