NetZero high speed internet access any good?

Does any one know if NetZero High Speed internet acces any good? I seen an ad for them saying it's only $14.95 a month. Is NetZearo safe? Any thoughts?

Thanks Pieter. I read what NetZero hispeed speeds up and what it don't. It's don't really speed up much. It's almost like a little fix for dial up. LOL I think I'm going to pass over the deal they have.
