Hello Forum

just I bought online TI 9 Upgrade from Acronis Homepage.
I have choosen only TI 9 for 29,99.
But as I did purchase with my MasterCard, I had to pay 34,55 EU?
Why????
I have downloaded theprogram.

2. Since 30 min I'm waiting for the confirmation Mail with the Serial Number etc.

But nothing happened.
What can I do??
Never before ( since TI 6.x) I have had these problems :-((

I Have sent a Mail to the Acronis Contact/ Support Mail

The VAT tax is added to the 29.99 price since you live in Europe.
I'm assuming the serial number will come by email once they verify the funds and their servers update.
I'd give it a few hours before starting to panic.

I believe VAT (Value added tax) translates to mehrwertsteur :)

Or BTW in Dutch.
But why not pay in dollars, much cheaper for us "Euro"peans.
I am also waiting, 14 hours or so
