Can't uninstall

I've had trouble with my computer since I installed this, but cannot uninstall, I get an error message saying it is running. I shut down my computer, it's NOT running, won't open no matter what I do, etc. HELP!!

if you are having trouble uninstalling becaues the programs is active hit

ctrl alt del and then shut the program down in the task maneger then see if ya can uninstall if not then ya need a process killer but i wont go in to that till ya tryed ctrl alt del
