Split image selection not available

A customer that bought TI (8.0 /build 903) from us seems to have a problem to split the disk image into specified sizes. At the point in the image creation process where he has selected to "Create the full backup image...." and should be taken to the choice between "Automatic" or "Fixed Size", he is just taken to the Compression selection window.

I'm running the same version, and haven't seen this problem. Any ideas?

That's really very strange. I've not seen those symptoms reported before.

Does your customer have the same problem if he tries to create an image after booting from the Acronis rescue CD? If not, then it might be worth reinstalling TI in case something got messed up in the Windows side of things.

-Olaf-" }-Is your client also creating the image on a hard disk? If he is creating the image on CD or DVD disks, he won't see that option.

Good point John!! I didn't think to ask whether he was imaging direct to CD/DVD.

Thanks for the feedback!
This customer was indeed trying to create the image to a DVD-drive. Got some errors when TI was writing the DVD (tried several disks, so maybe he should check his drive....), so we thought it might be an idea to limit the size of each image.
I'll ask him to create smaller images to a hard drive and burn the files to DVD.
