I am running a FTP server and since I am basically the only one who physically logs in for maintenance thus logs out when completed, is WG still protecting the system or does someone have to be physically logged into the desktop?

My backup and Virus protection program run in the background since they are a service though I am uncertain about WormGuard.

Thanks Pilli, I figured as much but had to ask.
