Is anyone having problems with getting the ewido update ?
My last one was 9/2.....this has got to be a big bad :P

Interesting...........my last update date shows to be 9/2/05 yet 187,990 threats is also showing, as is version database # 1403....

Seems to be ok, only the date is messed up ;)

I also have 187990, but the date is correct here 04-09-2005. :)

Same here, date 09-04-2005 and 187990 with version #1403.. 8)

The date shown in the program is the date when YOU got the update -> if your system clock is wrong, the date in the program will also be wrong :)

Although my subscription runs until June 27, 2006, the automatic update of Ewido 3.5 seems to have stopped. Either I have to download the updated file by clicking on 'Update', or I have to turn 'automatic update' off, then on again for it to work!

I have just heard from Ewido support that, 'The automatic updates will happen automatically but it checks for updates every 3 hours and the first time after startup of the guard ( system start ) of even when you turn automatic updates on'.

Perhaps I have been reacting too quickly to the excellent Update Alerts Form on this web site!

Hi fish.......thanks for responding........my clock is fine... and when Ewido did it's auto update this morning the date glich fixed itself ;)
