Please note the comments left by others about this package, as it seems although it indicates build 3923, it seems to be an old install package for build 3802. I haven't confirmed this, so please take note, and if someone does install this package could they please comment on the version it installs either way.

and
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=73c2650f-be61-4bd6-8408-1fd6e7827cd8&displaylang=en
For it to show the new version.
I just did it and there were no problems encountered.
