crc error when unzipping with winrar/winzip/...

I have this prob for a month now whenever I try to unzip stuff, I receive an crc error..

I've been looking into this for two weeks, googling, browsing,... trying to find a solution but cannot find it.

hoping you guys could help me out with this annoying issue.
