Hi........

have just tried to update my spyware.

have found new spyware updates but will not let me download them? >:(

anyone help plz ???

I can't download the latest updates either so there must be a problem back at mission control!

Same prob here before that I've registered my soft on Acronis web site. After that go to update your soft and download Acronis Privacy Expert Suite build 748. Install and your web update will work well like mine...

"The server has refused to service the request. Please contact our support team at support@acronis.com. HTTP status: 500" is the message I am getting.

Now, my web update is impossible too with error message http status 500 !!!!! Surely 500 guys like us with this issue. LOL

Still getting the same thing as yesterday...........http 500 >:(

Exact same issue here since yesterday. You can download the update manually from Acronis web site.

Hi Everyone, Yup I tried to download updates today 14-08-05 but get the message: HTTP status: 500 And I have the latest build 748. Can someone from Aronis Support please advise on this issue?
