Hello , I am having some big problems with my computer
and I am not sure what to do? I was surfing the web and on a webpage it said that I had Vloading, Then I found out that there is a IEHelper.dll on my computer and that this supposely could be removed with SpyBot Sd 0.95 , So I downloaded it and well needless to say
it's still there and it won't let me get rid of it.I am totally
confused at this point.I have a Hewlett Packard Windows Me ,If that helps any. What am I to do? :(

IEHelper.dll is from DLEXPERT, and this is a false positive if identified by any program ( i know ad-aware has in the past, not sure if it still does).

Vloading, on the other hand is targeted.

I would also recommend you use Spybot Search&destroy v0.96 beta 6, as it is a stable version:
