PG not working when put on drive other than C

Hi everybody!

Can anyone shed some light as to when I tryed to install PG on my K drive the pga account was not running. I noticed it made a start folder, so I'm assuming the start menu went to the C drive and everything else was on the K drive. Anyway I uninstalled it for now, til I can figure this out.

I need to install PG this way because no malware can reach it unless I okay it of course. I'm putting everything on my other two hard drives instead of C drive. OS only on C drive up until I can partition it.

I would appreciate any input, thanks!

My K drive is a 400 Gig Hitachi, for extra storage. I access by going to my computer and clicking on K drive and I'm using XP Pro W/SP2.
