Not very surprising to hear that. I think it's a good idea to just assume everything we do and everywhere we go is being monitored in todays world.
Cameras are everywhere, and some so tiny they are practically invisible, cell phones are monitored & internet, tracking devices in clothing and other products, even satellites to watch us from above that can spot the year on a dime.

With all the advances in technology I don't think privacy will be around much longer, what little we do have now. Next thing will be a chip put in our heads attached to the optic nerve, so they can view everything we see and do in realtime, and don't forget the audio. ;)

Yeah, nothing will be "private" any more with what happen 9/11. ::)

A long time before 9/11 almost everything wasn't private anymore...
