Can't download the full version or unlock demo

I tried out the Acronis Disk Director Demo today and loved it - much better than PartitionMagic. So I purchased the full version thru the Acronis web store (by DigitalRiver). I got my serial number e-mail and download link, but when I double clicked the file to install the full version, it was the demo version.

I tried download thru the Acronis site, DigitalRiver and my e-mail. ALL were the demo version. How do I get my hands on the full version I paid for? Or how do I "unlock" the demo version with my serial number?
