PG and Boclean

Why , when I run Boclean for the first time did PG block a "global shell hook" from boclean? How do I handle this? I assume this should be allowed.

There was a thread about this happening with BOClean and a few other programs awhile back when PG first came out and as I recall this is ok to allow. I have always allowed it myself as BOClean is a trusted program.
