Hi,

I installed acronis os selector on my new pc.

I have now set it up so that I have 1 xp pro partition, and one xp home
partition (it's actually so I've got direct x 9 on the home part, and 8
on the pro part - I've found a few odd bits need dx 8, and won't work
with dx9...)

q1: on booting, the os selector bott up screen will only give me the
option of loading xp home - when I select this, the xp pro boot loader
then gives me the choice of xp home or xp pro - how can I get it so
that os selector gives me this choice?

q2: I resized the xp pro partition, it seems to have left the files
intact but now windows is reporting that there are only 180 megs free
on that disk - it's a 60 gig partition, with at most 3-4 gigs of stuff
on (basic windows and 1 or 2 other bits) - how can I recover the rest
of the space?

Thanks.

Hello dannyr,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Multiboot Managing Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

Please create Acronis Report in the way described at Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will analyze your partition layout and provide you with the solution. Also please clarify in the letter how you installed two copies of Windows and Acronis OS Selector (what was the sequence of installation)?

Thank you.
