Deleting Hyperlinks using MRU Blaster

I have come to this forum for the first time so bare with me...
I have been trying to delete some hyperlinks that I can't shift off my 'Browsed Pages' option of the 'Insert Hyperlinks' window in Word.
Someone recommended MRU Blaster to shift them.
So, I downloaded it and it has still not got rid of any of the remaining hyperlinks.
I have looked in the registry under Typer URLS but nothing was found.
What can I do?

That information is not actually stored as an MRU in the registry, but is simply a copy of your Internet Explorer History.

If you use MRU-Blaster and then completely wipe out your Internet Explorer history, they should disappear. :) (Clearing the Temporary Internet Files couldn't hurt either.)
