Process Guard & Spyware Doctor

Hi All

Process Guard is giving me the following alerts:

'Spyware Doctor was blocked from reading winlogon.exe', and
'Spyware Doctor was blocked from reading nod32kui.exe'.

Is it safe to allow Spyware Doctor to read these two files?
